How to access this service
Visit your General Practitioner (GP), and request a Mental Health Care Plan.
You are entitled to 10 Medicare-funded sessions per calendar year.
Additional sessions can be paid privately or via your Health Insurance.
Session reminders
You will receive an email and an sms reminder before your session.
This will give you time to reschedule, if you need to.

Telehealth
All sessions are via Telehealth.
This means, you will receive a telephone or video call, depending on your preference, at the time of your session.
Please be aware that you must unblock silent numbers on your mobile, or you will not be able to receive your telephone session.
Booking your initial session
Once we receive your Mental Health Care Plan, we will contact you.
We will also email you our consent form, which needs to be completed before your first session.
Cancellation policy
Remember that you must give us 48hrs notice if you need to cancel your session.
